What is causing the problems is my agents lack of knowledge on loan types, knows nothing about taxes, doesnt do whats right for us, does whats right for her. I would like to file a complaint / legal if possible, but cant even find a venue to do that....but anyway. You can definitely change agents if you feel yours is not representing you in a manner that is best for you. Its your money, its your commission to pay, so it can go to the agent you want. You can definitely change agents if you feel yours is not representing you in a manner that is best for you. Its your money, its your commission to pay, so it can go to the agent you want.
